1. Your account
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Keep your password to yourself — anyone who has it can use your plan. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
2. Plans and devices
Every plan includes a number of devices, and you may add more at the published rate per device per month. A device takes a slot the first time a game opens on it. You can remove a device from your account page at any time, which frees its slot immediately.
Prices are shown on the plans page. If we change a price, it does not change what you are already paying: your subscription keeps the numbers it was sold with until you change plan yourself.
3. Paying
You pay by PromptPay or bank transfer and send us the slip. Every slip gets an order number so you can ask us about it. We read slips by hand, usually the same day. A slip is not a payment until we have recorded it — sending a photograph does not start a plan by itself, and a slip for someone else's transfer is not accepted.
4. When your plan starts
Your plan starts the moment we record your payment, and runs for the month or the year you paid for. When it runs out you get 3 days of grace so that a lesson in progress is never cut short. After the grace period the paid games stop opening until the next payment is recorded. The free trial is always available and needs no plan.
5. Changing plan
Moving up
You pay the new plan's full price now. The day we record that payment starts a fresh billing cycle, and the days left on your old plan are replaced by it rather than added to it.
Moving down
Your billing date does not change and your current plan keeps running until it ends. The lower price applies from your next payment. Nothing is refunded for the plan you are on.
If the smaller plan covers fewer devices than you are using, you can keep the extra devices at the published rate, or remove devices before the change takes effect. We will ask you which to keep rather than choosing for you.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your games keep working until the date you have paid for, and your devices stay on the list in case you come back.
Payments already made are not refunded, except where a customer has paid for a plan other than the one they meant to buy. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we will put it right.
7. How the games may be used
A subscription is for one household, one tutor's students or one school, as your plan says. It is a licence to play, not a sale of the games. You may not copy the game files, put them on another site, remove or alter the licence marks a served game carries, or share your account so that people outside your plan can play.
Every game file we serve is personalised to the account and device it was served to.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the games playable all the time, but we do not promise that. If our servers cannot be reached, a game already open keeps playing — it never locks a child out because the network hiccupped.
9. Ending an account
We may suspend or end an account that shares paid games outside its plan, tampers with the licence marks, or sends slips for transfers that were not made. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first and refund the unused part of your term.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction. If we change them we will post the new version here with a new date. Questions: pattarapon.noia@gmail.com, or LINE @461rgkxz.
