How do I pay?
Scan the PromptPay QR on the Plans page, or transfer to our Kasikorn account. Then send us the slip — upload it on your account page or send it on LINE.
How long before my account works?
We check every slip by hand, so it is not instant. Usually within a few hours, and always the same day.
Can we try the games before paying?
Yes. Every game has a free version with no time limit and no account needed. Play as long as you like before deciding.
How many devices do I get?
Parent 2, Tutor 5, School 30. You can add more at ฿15 per device per month on any plan.
I bought Vowel Bridge with a code before. Does it still work?
Yes — forever, free, with no account. Your code is not affected by any of this and never expires.
What happens when my plan runs out?
You get 3 days grace, so a late renewal never locks a child out mid-lesson. After that the games lock until you renew, and nothing is lost.
